Our children represent one of the greatest blessings of the DFW Church. As disciples of Jesus, we take to heart God’s desire to “bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). Building faith and instilling Biblical convictions starts at home, and we support these efforts on Sunday mornings with an age-appropriate, Bible-based curriculum.
Every class is led by screened teachers who are trained in best-practices to serve in a variety of roles, as well as one-on-one teachers when the need arises for our students with special needs. From 6- month-olds to young teens, our kids experience God’s Kingdom through worship, crafts, lessons, games, and other life applications.
The DFW Church Children’s Ministry staff and regional coordinators ensure that appropriate teacher-child ratios are maintained and that children are responsibly checked in/out of classes. Our goal is for every child to grow in their faith and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while building memories that last a lifetime.
