Todd & Patty Asaad:: Todd and Patty Asaad serve as Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader in the Northwest region of the Dallas/Fort Worth Church. Todd also serves as director of Thousand Oaks Ranch. They have served in the full-time ministry for more than 20 years. Patty was baptized in Columbia, Missouri in 1980 while she was earning her degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.Todd was baptized in 1982 while he was attending National College of Chiropractic in Chicago, Illinois. Todd has a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Masters of Christian Ministry from Abilene Christian University. They have been in Texas 13 years and before coming to Texas they served in several churches in the midwest. Todd and Patty have been married 21 years and havetwo sons who are both disciples, Blake, 19, a student at the University of Texas and Grant,17.

Tera Burns stood in the baptistery ready to make Jesus Lord of her life as hundreds of disciples’ cried tears of joy.

It was a bittersweet moment for the other Christians because Tera’s mother, Lisa Smith, and Margaret Beaman, both disciples in the Dallas church had died in an accident several months earlier. However, God used the tragedy to bring Tera to him.
