Belong is more than an event —it's a growing community, planned BY Autistic disciples FOR Autistic disciples and those who walk alongside us. We're building a space where Autistic Christians can be fully ourselves, connect authentically, and lead together.
Why Belong Matters
The Autistic community is growing—not just in diagnosis rates, but in visibility and self-advocacy. Autistic people have always contributed unique perspectives and gifts to the world, from science and technology to arts and athletics. Within the church, Autistic disciples bring equally valuable perspectives to how we understand scripture, practice community, and follow Jesus.
Yet many Autistic Christians have felt like we don't quite fit—expected to conform to neurotypical norms or to accept frameworks that treat autism as something broken rather than part of God's intentional design.
Belong exists to change that.
We believe Autistic people are fearfully and wonderfully made. We're creating community where Autistic disciples can be fully ourselves, where we lead and teach, and where we discover together what authentic faith looks like -- for everyone in the Church.
Who This Is For
Autistic Disciples
Whether you were diagnosed as a child or discovered your autism as an adult, whether you're exploring faith or have followed Jesus for decades—you belong here. We're creating space for Autistic Christians to be fully ourselves.
Allistic Partners, Family, and Friends
We welcome spouses, parents, siblings, and friends who want to learn, support, and walk alongside Autistic people. Sessions specifically for allistic attendees will be taught by Autistic educators who can help you truly understand and advocate.
Church Leaders and Ministry Workers
Looking to make your congregation more accessible and welcoming? Learn from Autistic voices about what genuine inclusion looks like—not just accommodation, but authentic belonging.
Anyone Seeking Understanding
